Spend a full day shadowing Adrienne Easterling, PA-C — national trainer, founder of Art of Injecting Academy, and creator of the Natural Trough™ Technique and Illusion Mapping™ framework.

Adrienne is known for her advanced full-face transformations, structural assessment process, and undetectable, perception-driven results. This shadowing experience is designed for injectors who want to refine how they see, plan, and execute at a higher level.

During a 7–8 hour clinical day, you’ll observe a wide range of treatments which may include:

  • Full-face harmonization with filler
  • Natural Trough™ Technique (under-eye & upper-face support)
  • Sculptra and biostimulators
  • Neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport)
  • Complex consultations and multi-step treatment planning

Every shadowing day is unique. Adrienne typically sees 15+ patients, giving you exposure to high-level clinical flow, efficient sequencing, patient communication, and advanced decision-making in real time.

Throughout the day, she discusses:

  • How she assesses facial perception before anatomy
  • Why certain areas are supported indirectly
  • Product choice and injection sequencing
  • When to treat — and when to pause
  • How to maintain natural outcomes without overcorrection

  • Hands-on experience is only available through the optional add-on.

Recommended For:
Injectors with at least 2–3+ years of experience who are comfortable with foundational techniques and are seeking advanced assessment skills, improved sequencing, and high-level clinical refinement.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

To ensure the highest standards of care and expertise, we require all participants to hold the appropriate credentials. Specifically, you must be a NP, PA, RN, DDS, or MD. Proof of these credentials is mandatory for enrollment in our training programs or shadowing.

All of our in-person trainings are designed for injectors who have been practicing for a few years and are confident in foundational techniques—especially those participating in hands-on sessions. This ensures that each attendee has a solid understanding of facial anatomy and injection fundamentals. The recommended experience level for each course is outlined within its individual description.

what to bring

Just bring your enthusiasm to learn! We provide a workbook, injectables, and all necessary materials. Scrubs or comfortable attire is recommended, as well as something to take notes if preferred.

certifications + CME credits

We offer CME credits for select trainings, with eligibility and credit hours clearly indicated on each individual course listing.

If CME credits are not available for a particular training, participants will still receive an official certificate of completion from Art of Injecting, provided in physical form after the training concludes.

reschedule policy

Due to the limited availability and extensive preparation required for our trainings, we require a minimum of 6 weeks’ notice for any cancellations or reschedule requests.

More than 6 Weeks Before Training Date:

Cancellations made at least 6 weeks in advance are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional charge. Please note: all refunds are subject to Shopify’s standard processing fee of approximately 3%, which cannot be refunded.

3–6 Weeks Before Training Date:

Cancellations within this timeframe will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total training cost. Rescheduling may be available, subject to spot availability.

Less than 3 Weeks Before Training Date:

Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the scheduled training date are non-refundable.

Medical or Weather-Related Issues:

If you are unable to attend due to illness or if severe weather prevents travel, please notify us promptly. A training credit will be issued to apply toward a future date.
