More Than a Training. A Statement of Leadership.

The practices that host AOI trainings aren't doing it as a favor.

They're doing it because they understand that education is one of the most powerful tools for practice differentiation — and that bringing a nationally recognized trainer to your market signals something to the injectors in your community that a website or an Instagram account never can.

This is how practices grow influence — not just volume.

  • WHAT HOSTING CREATES

    • A reputation as the clinical education leader in your market
    • Advanced training for your internal team — in your own space, without sending staff out of town
    • Access to a nationally recognized educator who vets your models and leads the instruction
    • Real ROI potential — most hosts recoup the cost of hosting through ticket sales from invited injectors
    • Continued relationship with AOI through post-training support and educational access
  • What AOI Provides

    • Full-day live training led by Adrienne Easterling, PA-C
    • Course-specific workbooks for all attendees
    • Marketing support and materials to promote your training if opening seats externally
    • Model release and consent form templates
    • Model selection and approval — all models are reviewed by Adrienne directly
    • Post-training support and continued educational access for attendees
    • Optional CME accreditation (course-dependent)

What You Provide as the Host

  • Location Requirements

A clean clinical or conference space with room for 6–8 injectors to comfortably gather around a model. A designated area for didactic presentation — TV or projector. Ideally within 30 minutes of a major airport.

  • Supplies Needed

Standard disposables (gloves, gauze, Hibiclens, topical numbing), cannulas (25g 1.5"), hyaluronidase, and any additional items communicated after model selection. Product needs are determined by course and confirmed in advance. Many hosts partner with product reps for supply support or sponsorship.

  • Model Recruitment

Hosts secure three full-face models — ideally filler-naïve — in the 30–45 age range. Each model typically requires 4–7 syringes of product. All models submit photos for Adrienne's review and approval before the training date. Hosts may charge models up to 50% of product cost to offset hosting expenses.

  • Additional Requirements

Light lunch for attendees. Attendee names, emails, and credentials submitted in advance. Completion of all consent and model release forms using templates provided.

FAQs

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

To ensure the highest standards of care and expertise, we require all participants to hold the appropriate credentials. Specifically, you must be a NP, PA, RN, DDS, or MD. Proof of these credentials is mandatory for enrollment in our training programs or shadowing.

All of our in-person trainings are designed for injectors who have been practicing for a few years and are confident in foundational techniques—especially those participating in hands-on sessions. This ensures that each attendee has a solid understanding of facial anatomy and injection fundamentals. The recommended experience level for each course is outlined within its individual description.

what to bring

Just bring your enthusiasm to learn! We provide a workbook, injectables, and all necessary materials. Scrubs or comfortable attire is recommended, as well as something to take notes if preferred.

how to register

You can easily register through our website to reserve your spot. Payment can be made in full, or take advantage of our flexible financing options with ShopPay for convenient monthly payments.

certifications + CME credit

We offer CME credits for select trainings, with eligibility and credit hours clearly indicated on each individual course listing.

If CME credits are not available for a particular training, participants will still receive an official certificate of completion from Art of Injecting, provided in physical form after the training concludes.

reschedule policy

Due to the limited availability and preparation required for our training sessions, we require at least 6 weeks' notice for any cancellations.

More than 6 Weeks Before Training Date: Cancellations made at least 6 weeks in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.

3–6 Weeks Before Training Date: Cancellations within this timeframe will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total training cost. Rescheduling may be available, subject to spot availability.

Less than 3 Weeks Before Training Date: Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the training date are non-refundable.

For Medical or Weather-Related Issues: If you are unable to attend due to illness or if severe weather takes place, please notify us promptly. We will issue a training credit to be applied toward a future training date.
