Advanced Under-Eye Filler Training for Experienced Injectors

The Natural Trough™ Technique (NTT), created by Adrienne Easterling, PA-C, is a revolutionary approach to tear trough correction designed to avoid common complications like puffiness, migration, and filler fatigue. Unlike traditional tear trough techniques that simply fill the hollow, NTT focuses on root causes—fat pad descent, bone loss, ligament tethering, and facial dynamics—to restore structure and achieve natural, long-lasting results.

This hands-on, anatomy-driven course is ideal for experienced injectors who want to master the art of safe, subtle under-eye rejuvenation. Training includes live model injections, didactic education, product use, and access to ongoing mentorship.

Recommended For: Injectors with at least 3 years of experience.
Includes: Workbook, lunch, products, and certificate of completion.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

To ensure the highest standards of care and expertise, we require all participants to hold the appropriate credentials. Specifically, you must be a NP, PA, RN, DDS, or MD. Proof of these credentials is mandatory for enrollment in our training programs or shadowing.

The NTT training is designed for experienced injectors—those who have been practicing for at least 3 years and are comfortable with foundational techniques. This ensures participants have a strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection basics.

Our Foundations courses are designed for both beginners and those looking to refine their skills, making them ideal for providers who are new to aesthetics or seeking to build confidence in core techniques. No prior injectable experience is required—just a commitment to learning and advancing your practice.
