NTT TRAINING

To ensure the highest standards of care and expertise, we require all participants to hold the appropriate credentials. Specifically, you must be a NP, PA, RN, DDS, or MD. Proof of these credentials is mandatory for enrollment in our training programs or shadowing. The NTT training is designed for experienced injectors—those who have been practicing for at least 3 years and are comfortable with foundational techniques. This ensures participants have a strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection basics.

Due to the limited availability and preparation required for our training sessions, we require at least 6 weeks' notice for any cancellations.

More than 6 Weeks Before Training Date: Cancellations made at least 6 weeks in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.
3–6 Weeks Before Training Date: Cancellations within this timeframe will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total training cost. Rescheduling may be available, subject to spot availability.
Less than 3 Weeks Before Training Date: Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the training date are non-refundable.
For Medical or Weather-Related Issues: If you are unable to attend due to illness or if severe weather takes place, please notify us promptly. We will issue a training credit to be applied toward a future training date.

What is a training model?
A training model is someone who receives aesthetic treatments during our hands-on training sessions. Models benefit from discounted services while helping our trainees refine their skills under expert supervision.

Who performs the treatments?
All treatments are performed by licensed medical professionals (NPs, PAs, RNs, MDs, or DDSs) who are participating in our training programs. Every procedure is closely supervised by our expert instructors to ensure safety and quality results.

What types of treatments are available?
We offer a variety of treatments, including:

Neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport)
Dermal fillers (lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, under-eye)
Sculptra for facial volume restoration
Full-face assessments and treatment plans

Where do trainings take place?
Trainings are held at VOXY Aesthetics in Rogers, Arkansas.

How do I apply to be a model?
To apply, simply fill out our Model Application Form, and our team will review your submission to determine if you're a good fit for our upcoming sessions.

Is it safe to be a model in a training environment?
Yes! Safety is our top priority. All trainees are licensed medical professionals, and every treatment is carefully supervised by our expert trainers to ensure proper techniques and best practices are followed.

What happens if I have concerns after my treatment?
We provide thorough aftercare instructions and follow-up recommendations. Should you have any concerns post-treatment, our team is available to address them and provide necessary support.

Are the products used in training sessions the same as in regular treatments?
Absolutely. We use only FDA-approved products from reputable brands to ensure quality, safety, and effectiveness.

How much does it cost to be a model?
Models receive treatments at a 50% discounted rate. Typical pricing includes:

When is payment due?
Payment is due in full on the day of your appointment. We accept all major credit cards and cash payments.

Are refunds available?
Due to the nature of training sessions, all model payments are non-refundable.

What can I expect during my treatment?
As a training model, you’ll receive a full consultation and treatment plan tailored to your aesthetic goals. Treatments typically take longer than standard appointments, as our trainees are carefully guided through each step to ensure precision and safety.

Are treatments customized to my needs?
Yes! Every treatment begins with an in-depth consultation to ensure that your concerns and goals are addressed, with personalized recommendations from our expert trainers.

How long does a model appointment take?
Expect to spend 1.5 to 3 hours at your appointment, as we allow time for detailed instruction and hands-on learning.

Is there downtime after the treatment?
Depending on the treatment received, you may experience mild swelling or bruising, which typically resolves within a few days. Our team will provide you with post-treatment care instructions and schedule a follow-up appointment to ensure optimal results.

Who can be a model?
Ideal models are individuals who:

Are between ages 21-65
Are in good general health
Have no contraindications for aesthetic treatments (e.g., pregnancy, certain medical conditions)
Are open to receiving treatments as part of a training environment

Can I choose the treatment I want?
While we consider your preferences, treatment selection is based on the educational needs of the trainees and will be determined by our expert instructors during your consultation.

Do I need to sign consent forms?
Yes, all models are required to sign a detailed treatment and photography consent form prior to receiving any procedures. This ensures you understand the nature of the training session and agree to be photographed for educational purposes.
